At Kapital Bank I've worked across activation, retention, loyalty and payments — building customer journeys, automated communication scenarios, analysing performance and turning business needs into executable product initiatives.

Tap Görək gave me the opportunity to experience the product process from the other side: concept, UX, development, testing, launch, distribution and iteration.

My role

Outcome
